4-6oz Organic Plain Kefir

1-2 Celery Sticks

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein

2 Tbls Chia Seeds

4-6oz Water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix

The more Kefir used, the thicker consistency.
