Building Resilience through Wellness Workshop Series: 16wks – 8 bi-weekly workshops (90min each)

With improved wellness, corrections staff are more capable of dealing with life’s challenges and stressors. This workshop sets out to help corrections staff build foundational wellness practices in their lives so they are better equipped to handle all that life, and life as a Correctional Officer, throws at them. The workshop provides methods for prioritizing time to achieve improved work-life balance, being more aware and in control of their individual wellness, incorporating practical nutrition & physical activity, and bringing attention to whole-life wellness.

Life Design Workshop Series: 8wks – 8 weekly workshops (90min each) 

The purpose of the 8 week Life Design: From the Inside Out workshop series is to provide participants with a deep awareness of their mindset, needs, values, life purpose, and personal integrity necessary to design and sustain a life that aligns with their dreams; full out, and on purpose.

Over the course of 8 weeks, workshop participants will be introduced to different areas of their life through coaching conversations, assessments, and exercises created to build awareness of their internal being. This awareness combined with forward action goals will lead to positive shifts and changes in life direction.  The series concludes with a written Personal Operating System document used to drive the clients’ new life design process.

Daily Wellness Coaching: 12mo virtual coaching

The Daily Wellness Coaching program takes the finest elements of my one-on-one coaching system and expands it to a group setting. Participants will learn to make time for self-care, develop greater awareness around eating habits, incorporate regular practices that promote general well-being, and participate in a habit-forming and scientifically proven system that will help them build wellness into their daily lives. This course is designed to unfold over the course of 12 months. Each participant will receive their very own coaching portal that includes: daily coaching, tracking tools, monthly video workshops, and more!

Stress Management Workshop: 1 day – 8hrs

Positive and negative stress is a constant influence on all our lives. The trick is to maximize the positive stress and to minimize the negative stress. Participants will be shown how stress can be positive and negative, and we’ll use a Triple A approach to form the basis of this workshop.

The Stress Management workshop will give participants a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills, including using routines, relaxation techniques, and a stress log system. They will also understand what lifestyle elements they can change to reduce stress.

Work-Life Balance Workshop: 1 day – 8hrs

Having a balance between work and home life can be a challenge. With this challenge comes great rewards when it is done successfully. By balancing a demanding career with home-life, both environments benefit. You will become healthier, mentally and physically, and you will be able to produce more career-wise.

With a Work-Life Balance you will be managing your time better. Better time management will benefit all aspects of life; you will be producing more. This workshop will show how to focus on the important things, set accurate and achievable goals, and communicate better with your peers at work and your family at home.
